Greg Dunn HELPS YOU MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

WELCOME

My professional career began in 1986 as an educator, where I spent 32 years serving in roles such as teacher, coach, counselor, Athletic Director, and Principal. After retiring as the Principal of Greenwood High School with Warren County Public Schools, I pursued a long-held interest in real estate and earned my license. It’s been an incredible journey to transition from shaping young minds to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

I live on a 30-acre farm in the Alvaton area of Warren County, where I’ve resided for the past eight years. Originally from Bowling Green, I’ve always loved this region and proudly serve clients in Warren, Allen, Simpson, and Barren counties, as well as other nearby areas.

When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll likely find me busy coaching girls' high school basketball at Allen County Scottsville High School or enjoying time on my farm, raising goats and pumpkins, and tinkering with my collection of antique tractors. The outdoors is my happy place, and I love the quiet satisfaction of farm life.

Throughout my career in education, my guiding principles have always been honesty, dignity, and respect—values I carry into my real estate business. I am committed to providing my clients with exceptional service and doing everything I can to make their buying or selling experience smooth and successful.

It is my hope that just as I’ve made a positive impact on the lives of students and co-workers during my time in education, I can do the same for the people I work with in real estate. Whether you’re looking for your dream home, a farm, or an investment property, I’d be honored to assist you.
